This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.

We collect only the information needed to accept, deliver and support your order. You provide most of it directly at checkout or when you contact us.

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address
• Delivery details: recipient name, phone number, street address, city, state and PIN code
• Order details: the products ordered, quantities, amounts, delivery method and order number
• Correspondence: messages you send us by email, phone or through the Contact Us form

We do not currently operate customer accounts, so we do not collect or store usernames or passwords. You can place an order as a guest.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials or bank account details on this website. Orders are currently accepted on Cash on Delivery only. We will never ask you for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN — over the phone, by email, or by any other means.

Your shopping cart, wishlist and most recent order confirmation are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a page refresh. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us except when you place an order, and is removed when you clear your browser data.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.

Order records submitted through checkout are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet within our Google Workspace account, which is accessible only to authorised personnel of the company. Google acts as a data processor for this purpose and processes the data in accordance with its own terms and security practices.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We restrict internal access to order data to those who need it to fulfil and support your order.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share the minimum necessary details with delivery and logistics partners — typically the recipient's name, address and phone number — so that your order can be delivered. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a government authority, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

When online payment methods are introduced, payment information will be handled directly by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator and will not be stored by us. This policy will be updated before any such method goes live.

We retain order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to handle any return, refund or warranty claim arising from it, and thereafter for the period required under applicable tax, accounting and company law. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the matter it relates to.

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it. Please note that we may be unable to delete information that we are required to retain for statutory record-keeping, such as invoices and tax records.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
