These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.

Customer accounts are not currently available on this website. Orders are placed as a guest, using the contact and delivery details you enter at checkout.

If account features are introduced in future, you will be responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

We take care to describe our products accurately. Specifications, ratings and warranty terms are those published by the manufacturer, and are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, finish and packaging may vary from what is shown on screen. All products are subject to availability.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and any delivery charge are calculated and shown separately at checkout, so you can see the full amount payable before confirming the order.

Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything paid.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. Placing an order or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not by itself amount to acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the product is unavailable, the price or description was incorrect, the delivery address is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or we are unable to reach you to confirm the order. Where an order is cancelled, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Orders are currently accepted on Cash on Delivery only. The amount shown at checkout is payable to our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Online payment options will be enabled once our payment gateway goes live. When they are, payments will be processed by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, and we will not store your card, UPI or bank credentials on this website.

We will never ask you for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Promotional codes and offers are valid only for the period and on the terms stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time, and may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: you may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch, return most products within 7 days of delivery in unused condition, and report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

The electrical products sold on this website must be installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety standards, and where required, by a qualified and licensed electrician.

We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, use outside the manufacturer's rated specifications, or use of a product for a purpose it was not designed for.

The design, text, graphics, layout and logos of this website are the property of CLICKHORIZON TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written permission.

Brand names, trademarks and product images belonging to the manufacturers whose products we sell remain the property of their respective owners, and are used on this website solely to identify those products.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
• Place orders using false details or someone else's payment or contact information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the website

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this website or from products purchased through it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, power or network failure, or acts of government.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new 'Last updated' date, and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
